Aleksei Hanninen

Aleksei specializes in energy, contract, and commercial law, with emphasis on advising clients in industrial projects and energy transition, such as electricity production and distribution. His work covers regulatory, contractual, and transactional matters, as well as day-to-day legal issues. In addition, he is experienced in advising clients on a variety of general corporate law and M&A matters.​

Prior to joining Dottir, Aleksei worked in a major Finnish law firm and a Big Four consulting company.
