Anni Kaarre

Anni advises clients on wide range of employment law matters. In addition to the various day-to-day HR legal topics, Anni has gained experience in dispute resolution in both domestic and international proceedings, as well as collective bargaining related matters.

Prior to joining Dottir, Anni worked at some of the major Finnish law firms, as well as at the service of the biggest employer in Finland, focusing on HR-consulting and employer policy. Anni's experience in employer policy allows her to come up with efficient, strategic solutions.
