Annika Lampela

Annika advises clients on dispute avoidance, management and resolution with a particular focus on international arbitration. She regularly acts as counsel and tribunal secretary in arbitral proceedings, particularly in post-M&A disputes and other high-stakes commercial disputes. In addition, she has experience assisting clients with settlement negotiations, domestic court proceedings, as well as sanctions and export control related matters. Annika’s expertise also extends to insolvency law, having several years of experience in the field, as well as investment arbitration.

During her studies, Annika participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Since then, she has remained active in the Vis Moot community by coaching the University of Helsinki team.​
