Heikki Selin

Heikki is a counsel in our Corporate and M&A practice. He advises clients on private M&A transactions, acting on both domestic and cross-border matters. His work covers transactions from initial structuring and negotiations through execution and post-closing matters.​

​Heikki supports companies throughout their entire life cycle, from incorporation and growth to strategic transactions and successful exits. He also advises clients on day-to-day corporate and governance matters, providing practical legal support aligned with their business objectives.​

​In addition, Heikki has solid experience in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademarks and copyright. He assists clients in protecting, managing, and commercializing intellectual property as part of their overall business strategy.
