Joachim Mac Donald-Thomé

Joachim is responsible for Dottir's technology and digital development, including ICT operations, digital strategy, and the firm-wide adoption of legal technology and AI tools. He works closely with the firm's practices to ensure that technology supports both lawyers' daily work and Dottir's long-term growth.

He has nearly two decades of experience leading technology and digital transformation in regulated industries, including senior roles at leading Nordic law firms and at one of Finland's largest healthcare providers.

Joachim holds an MSc in Financial Economics from Hanken School of Economics and a Certificate in Digital Business Strategy and Innovation Agility from Stanford Center for Professional Development and Aalto EE.
