Konsta Kyyhkynen

Konsta focuses on complex contractual, transactional, and regulatory matters related to industrial projects and energy transition.

Konsta has particular experience in advising clients on a wide range of procurement, supply, and service agreements, particularly in the context of large-scale industrial projects. In addition to advising clients on energy project development, particularly in the context of wind power, solar power, battery energy storage systems, and grid infrastructure, Konsta’s work has also covered other industrial projects related to decarbonization of power and P-2-X, for instance. He also has a background in M&A transactions, dispute resolution, and intellectual property-related matters.

Before joining Dottir, Konsta worked at a major Finnish law firm in Helsinki.
