Suomen Avustajapalvelut Oy

Dottir advised the shareholders of Suomen Avustajapalvelut in a transaction in which funds managed by Verso Capital Oy and Armada Credit Partners are investing in Suomen Avustajapalvelut, alongside the company's founders. In the same context, CapMan Growth exits its role as the largest shareholder and makes a small reinvestment in the company.

Suomen Avustajapalvelut is a leading provider of high-quality personal assistance services in Finland. With a strong track record of reliable and person-centred care, the company offers essential support solutions that enhance independence and wellbeing for individuals across the country.

SSH Communications Security Oyj

Dottir advises Finnish SSH Communications Security Oyj in the strategic partnership and EUR 20 million investment by Leonardo S.p.A., a global key player in aerospace, defence, and security.

Leonardo, Italy’s leading aerospace and defence group, is contemplating the acquisition of a 24.55% stake in the Finnish listed cybersecurity company SSH via a directed share issue worth EUR 20 million. The transaction would make Leonardo SSH’s largest shareholder.

Leonardo and SSH have simultaneously entered into a strategic partnership aimed at integrating SSH’s advanced cybersecurity technologies – such as Zero Trust Privileged Access Management and quantum-safe encryption – into Leonardo’s defence and critical infrastructure solutions.

The closing of the transaction is conditional upon, among other things, the necessary FDI approvals and the approval of the transaction by SSH’s extraordinary general meeting.
