World Fund
Dottir advised the lead investor World Fund in the EUR 128 million Series A2 financing round of IQM Finland Oy, the leading European startup building quantum computers for HPC centers, research institutes and businesses across the continent.
World Fund is the largest European-focused climate venture capital fund. The round was also participated by Bayern Kapital, EIC Fund, OurCrowd, QCI SPV, Tofino and Varma, as well as existing investors MAKI, Matadero QED, MIG Fonds, OpenOcean, Salvia GmbH, Santo Venture Capital GmbH, Tencent, Finnish Industry Investment, and Vsquared.
IQM will use the funding to expand international business and accelerate product development, with a focus on developing quantum processors to help tackle the climate crisis.
IXI Eyewear Oy
Dottir advised IXI (formerly Pixieray), a Helsinki-based pioneer in smart eyewear, in its EUR 33 million Series A funding round. The round was led by London-based VC Plural and joined by e.g. Tesi, byFounders, Heartcore, Eurazeo, FOV Ventures and Tiny Supercomputer, as well as several existing investors including the Amazon Alexa Fund, Maki.vc, First Fellow, firstminute capital and Illusian.
IXI is developing revolutionary prescription glasses that use liquid crystal lenses and real-time eye-tracking to adjust focus automatically, bringing autofocus technology to the vision correction market. Their innovation targets the global epidemic of presbyopia, offering a seamless, adaptive solution for everyday wearers.
This funding round marks a key milestone in IXI’s journey toward transforming the USD 200 billion eyewear market through advanced optics and human-centric design.
Integrata
Dottir advised Integrata in securing an investment by Mandatum Asset Management Growth Equity II fund. The investment will support Integrata’s international expansion and the development of its smart HR and payroll service technology solutions.

CapMan Growth
Dottir advised a consortium led by CapMan Growth in their investment in Tana Oy, a Finnish environmental technology company. CapMan made the investment together with Normet Group’s main owner Aaro Cantell and Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company.
Tana specializes in manufacturing machines and equipment for the mechanical processing of solid waste. The company is a pioneer of using electrical control systems and artificial intelligence solutions in its equipment and has grown in recent years to a global market leader in waste pre-treatment equipment. With this investment, Tana aims for even greater growth.
CapMan Growth is the leading Finnish growth investor making significant minority investments in entrepreneur-led growth companies. This investment marks the first venture of CapMan Growth's new Equity Fund III.
Carbo Culture
Dottir advised Carbo Culture in its EUR 16 million Series A financing round, led by Temasek-owned decarbonisation fund GenZero as well as San Francisco-based venture capital firm True Ventures, and joined by Tesi and notable climate tech investors and family offices.
Carbo Culture is a climate technology company building a rapidly scalable biochar carbon removal solution for converting waste biomass into stable biochar, locking carbon safely away for centuries and generating renewable energy.
